• User testing is where a number of people are asked to complete different tasks on a website. At times it will be the clients who tests the website since they know what they are looking for.
• Different browsers are tested since everyone usually has their favorite browser, they need to make sure all browsers work properly. It is recommended that you test your site on all browsers and periodically. There is also applications such as Comparium that will test your site on all browsers for you.

• The first site did not validate and had 41 errors, then the second site did not validate and had 39 errors.
